Coastal trains and buses stop at Llanaber Halt (250 yards), making it easily possible to enjoy a relaxing ride to Pwllheli or Machynlleth, or the 2 miles to Barmouth's town amenities. The surrounding Snowdonia National Park offers a wealth of attractions and activities nearby. Nearest shops 1½ miles. Pub serving food ¾ mile.

One bedroom. Comfortable open plan sitting/dining room with panoramic views, open fire and ceramic tiled floor and well equipped modern kitchen area and steep narrow stairs to first floor: Double bedroom. Shower room/WC.

The dwelling was cosy with character reflecting its Welsh history and supported by a geographical location that is immersed in natural scenic ambience and was within easy access to exciting and revealing day trips. The 1 bedroom cottage was clean and had comfortable interiors matched by modern facilities. Help from the owner was always just a phone call if required. We loved our long weekend winter break with our dog in front of log fires and the long walks along the beaches made this a unique experience and something we look forward to doing again. Overall this was a memorable experience that is a must for those looking for something different not to be missed.
